I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analytics and Information Technology from Rutgers University. During my academic career, I also managed to accrue professional experience in diverse business industries, which has allowed me to gain considerable skills and successfully prepared me to handle and overcome challenges. As an IT Support Engineer at Amazon, my internship allowed me to learn valuable professional skills such as desktop technology, hardware engineering, and project life cycle. It also allowed me to improve my analytical skills by sifting through large amounts of data and drawing out key, insightful information. Furthermore, it boosted my presentation skills and allowed me to take the initiative and work under minimal supervision. I have successfully produced different strategies and solutions with a consistent troubleshooting history by being an IT Consultant. I have a recognized ability to convert detailed analytics reports into actionable steps that center on improving key execution markers and encouraging stakeholder decision-making. I regularly use my communication aptitudes to display my discoveries. I can translate data into a compelling format for others to examine. In addition, I have developed skills through my coursework and have a particular interest in database management and cyber security. I have demonstrated leadership potential through my involvement in the Rutgers Student Association, where I have held various leadership roles. From being a webmaster to the organization's treasure, I have developed the ability of decision making, conflict resolution, taking the initiative, and being receptive to criticism.
