Based in EAJ HQ Singapore, in the capacity of Contract Manager EAJ/APAC, drive successful project execution through consistent and commercially sound contract life cycle management of Global Customer Projects. A focal contact point and interface between all executives, subject matter experts and functions for contractual and commercial matters. Interface between customers, business and senior management approvers to reach consensus in-line with corporate policies. Contractual and commercial negotiations, manage disputes and claims with customers and suppliers, for local and international contracts. Support multiple business units at regional level, from tender to execution stages (till completion of projects), and interface between customers, business, execution and senior management to manage the identified risks and mitigate, and explore opportunities to improve profit margin. Recommend corrective actions in areas of deficiency and sensibly guide towards contractual compliance and ensure effective contract performance by interpreting contract requirements, regular project reviews and provide support till completion of contractual deliveries. Provide contractual guidance and trainings to sales, tender and execution teams.
