Their work involved creating schematic designs using CAD software, selecting surface-mount components, and performing design rule checks to ensure the layout met manufacturing constraints. They also participated in the SMT component placement process, which included applying solder paste using a stencil and operating pick-and-place machines to position components on the board. Afterward, the boards were passed through a reflow oven to melt the solder paste and establish permanent connections between the components and the PCB. Additionally, the user learned about inspection and testing, including automated optical inspection to check for misplaced components and solder quality, as well as electrical testing to verify circuit functionality. The user also completed training on Embedded Systems and Microcontrollers, gaining knowledge of specialized computing systems optimized for low power consumption and reliability, with microcontrollers serving as the core of these systems.
