It mainly includes the following- Provide training and support to new mentee brokers in the company- Equipping new staff and training them on CRM, loan products, serviceability calculators and submission of loans- Quality check of loan submissions- Client interactions including document requests/preparation including verifying living expenses- Completing servicing calculators for multiple lenders and Generating loan applications- Following up with lenders, clients & solicitors- Post settlement duties
