-Designing, developing and deploying the billing and invoice management platform at ProsRent. -Automated invoice generation for the equipment rental orders for various types of customers (Prepaid, Net30, Net10, Net45 and Net60 customers).-Integrated ProsRent marketplace with QuickBooks Online to manage invoices (bills that customers owes ProsRent), expenses (bills that ProsRent owes suppliers) by leveraging QBO APIs and webhooks.-Integrated QuickBooks Payments to enable customers pay invoices or place new orders using echecks/ACH.-Integrated Authorize.net to enable customers pay invoices or place orders using credit or debit cards.-Created workflows using Zapier to automate repetitive tasks.-Built Sales, Billing, Expense/Supplier management reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio for leadership team.-Integrated billing platform with Slack to help ARAP team in timely processing the billing exceptions.-Built transactional email templates in SendGrid and leveraged those templates in customer notifications.In addition to above responsibilities, I am involved in building the product roadmap with the leadership team.

-Worked with other solution engineers, BAs and business teams to come up with implementable solutions in Service Cloud of Salesforce platform.-Built scripts in Python to automate bulk CRUD operations in Salesforce like loading users, contacts, cases, accounts, skills, service resources etc.,-Designed and Developed Einstein chat bots for external customers as well as for internal business users.-Integrated Service Cloud with in-house systems.

- Was a member of UiPath COE team and worked on establishing standards across various activities in the automation cycle right from process discovery to post production deployment support.- Worked with stakeholders from various business units (Field Operations, Service Delivery, Service Assurance) and designed/implemented 20+ RPA automations that saved ~1M in opex.- Implemented solutions like invoking RPA automations from a web application and chat bots based on user demand.- Built an API layer on top of UiPath's Orchestrator APIs to abstract the complexities and provide robust developer experience.- Identified reusable functionalities and built reusable UiPath 'activities' so that they can be 'drag and drop' used.

- Customized Amdocs Resource Manager (database to manage inventory) to manage various objects like circuits, services, nodes (built Oracle stored procedures and packages).- Built web tools that helped circuit designing and order provisioning teams in accomplishing their day to day activities.- Built PL/SQL scripts that were used in a Ethernet order life cycle tracking web application which helped business users in tracking the order across various systems involved in provisioning cycle.

- Worked on 'Network Inventory Consolidation' project whose goal is to consolidate inventory from 3 different inventory databases to one. - Built PL/SQL scripts to clean up the data in source systems, validate the quality of data in target system and fix post deployment data issues.- Rebuilt the automations and reports that were using old DBs to use new DB so that business could use same set of tools and reports post conversion/migration.
