Totally 4+ years of experience in IT.2 years was working in global command center supporting distributed system with servers and applications. Now currently working as Office365 administrator (L2 support).• Responsible for creating user mailboxes and profiles as per the organization requirement. • Managing all the Office365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc. • Configuring multi factor authentication for users, Handling data quality issues. • Recipient Management, Mailbox delegation access, Distribution groups management. • Provide resolution to all escalated issues including incidents reported by our internal users. • Troubleshooting issues related to Licensing/Group Based licensing, Mail flow, Mail routing, Retention policies/Tags, Holds, Archiving, Security & Compliance features. • Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system (Service Now). • Experience with supporting of eDiscovery and pst export projects. • Interact with Microsoft Vendor for critical and escalation issues for permanent resolutions.Managing and troubleshooting issues for Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. • Managing Teams channel, Application integration with teams, external domain federation in teams, Teams telephony provisioning, Teams policy change for individual and bulk users.• Indulging in Domain on boarding in Office 365. • Helping users for in-place eDiscovery hold, retention policies, retention tags and journal rules. • Managing various activities such as migration from Exchange to O365, PST Migrations, etc through powershell script
