1. Pre Contract : Studying the tender documents highlighting and preparing major requirements in tender submission. Taking off quantities from drawings during the tender stage. Sending enquiries to suppliers/sub contractors after preparation of drawings, specifications and all other required document for their pricing of the sub contract works. Thorough evaluation of the different offers from subcontractors as to their compliance to contract requirements, cost impact and credibility. Thorough Analysis of the rates for various items and the justifiable costs for the preliminaries during the tender stage. Gathering, compiling all required documentations for each tender submission and preparing the variation costs and submitting the same for approval.2. Post Contract:A. Technical / Contractual activities: Analysis of Contract Documents (Includes the Contract, BOQ, Costing Sheet, Contract drawings etc.) Submitting Technical Queries / Variations, if any, after studying the Drawings/ Specifications. Preparing Material & Drawing submission schedules as well as Material procurement Schedules in liaison with Planning Department. Preparing Method statement for Plumbing & Fire Fighting works. Submitting Technical Queries / Variations, if any, after studying the Drawings/ Specifications.B. Commercial activities:  Measurement of work completed. Ensuring payment to the Sub- Contractors and suppliers. Submitting variations as and when required.
