I managed the daily operation of the company with around 45 local employees. During the past time we have moved our software development process from traditional Waterfall Development to Scrum. It was very important for me to create an open friendly environment without too much hierarchical structure. To assist our Danish mother company with customer related projects we setup a production team.

As Technical Director at Catglobe Vietnam Ltd. I got the responsibility for a new Research & Development team. Our most important task accomplished in this team was to describe our development process and improve it, one major improvement was the implementation of review phases after completed feature design, implementation and testing.

Technical design and development of the Catglobe platform, with specific focus on data collection through online questionnaires, data management, and automation through a scripting language I helped develop from scratch.

When I started as a Developer for Catinét A/S I was responsible for design and implementation of a new survey system, which would make it possible to do online web surveys.The first module I ever developed was a questionnaire viewer, while my colleague (we were only two) worked on a questionnaire editor.This was the beginning of what should later become Catglobe.
