About Thomas Bindzus

I am self-driven and always trying my best to improve my working environment by focusing on people, processes, problem solving and delivering more than expected on the projects I have worked on.I have worked professionally with all phases of software development since 2000, from collecting requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders over project management, design, development, test and documentation to final deployment.With my strong technical background and good analytic skills, I have functioned as the link between the original requester (product owner, sales, marketing and so on) and the technical team who was responsible for the implementation.In a number of bigger and smaller projects I’ve functioned as the technical project manager and I have had the role as General Manager for two companies in Vietnam where I have lived since 2004.I have been deeply involved in creating the fundamental elements of system architecture and database design. I have worked both as Developer and as Business Analyst on important modules related to big data in terms of data import, data gathering and data preparation for reporting.One of my favorite projects; development of a scripting language from scratch, which was used to provide automation capabilities in a big ERP system for the market research industry. I really like to research into new technology to figure out how things work.I can work independently and focused, however I really enjoy working together with others as a team.
