- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the digital creative division- Overseeing the development of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral- Developing and implementing content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, art, digital technology and client feedback- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all creative output aligns with the brand strategy and business goals- Manage a team of graphic designers, illustrators, motion designers, creative outsourcing and project managers, providing guidance and feedback as needed- Researching and implementing new trends and techniques into the creative output- Overseeing the presentation of final concepts, and obtaining approvals for deliverables

- Assist Senior Art Directors and Creative Director in creating visual concepts and designs in response to clients' briefs- Provide input on concepting ideas based on knowledge of current trends, pop culture, and current and past design themes- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

- Creating reusable atomic design systems for clients and the creative team- Taking written or spoken ideas and converting them into a design or storyboard that connects- Conceptualizing visuals and storyboards based on requirements- Creating images, layouts, and storyboards by hand or using design software- Communicating effectively with team members, clients and senior staff from Senegal, and Côte d'Ivoire offices- Managing time effectively and meeting tight deadlines

- Conceptualizing visuals and storyboards for TV Commercials, Video shoots and Photo shoots based on requirements from clients- Working on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs and storyboards that meet business goals
