The Director of Delivery & head of Offshore operations at Expeed Software, Bineesh oversees Operations Strategy and leads the development and delivery of projects. As a database expert with over two decades of experience in advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI, Bineesh has led several large-scale data analytics projects at Expeed and has helped his clients in process automation, digital transformation, and ROI optimization. With an exceptional skill to identify the right talent and build high-performance teams, Bineesh is also dedicated to employee development and establishing strong mentoring processes. He played a key role in mobilizing, managing, and guiding the team responsible for the development and launch of SAASLOGIC - the subscription management and revenue billing platform by Expeed. Prior to joining Expeed, Bineesh co-founded and headed the tech strategy for FarmLogics - an agritech solution provider, to help streamline agribusiness processes. He continues to support FarmLogics by offering thought leadership in data management and technology. Before FarmLogics, Bineesh managed the BI Practice at MSI Soft and played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s BI vertical. As the head of the data analytics team, he facilitated creative solutions to business problems and inspired his teams to take innovative approaches to problem-solving while still being rooted in data science. Bineesh’s passion for data science and analytics can be traced back to his time at BD Tech where he served as a Project Manager (BI and Data Analytics). He worked closely with clients from Europe and Africa, making site visits, conducting requirement analysis, and overseeing project implementation.
