While reporting to the Legal Entities General Manager (Dirigeant Agree), I engage with all the Head Office Solvency II Key Functions Holders to ensure proportionate oversight across the strategic regional markets and the legal entities branches mainly supervised by the Luxembourg Commissariat Aux Assurances (CAA) or PRA (UK) or FINMA (Switzerland). Focus on Compliance and Risk Management with a professional Change Management approach to ensure regulatory requirements are implemented and successfully transitioned to BAU. Continuously developing myself: PMP certificate at the Project Management Institute (PMI), the International Risk management (IRM) certificate in financial services and now preparing my post graduate Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance at the International Compliance Association (ICA) with the collaboration of the Manchester University.
