Current1. Manage B2B and D2C clients across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest in the financial, technology, retail, education, industrial, and beauty verticals by personalizing strategy to ensure continued YoY growth.2. Project manage Paid Social teams, overseeing and streamlining workflows for budget pacing, campaign building and QAing, task management, client communications, media planning, data-driven performance reporting, and team resourcing and profitability for US and EMEA accounts, resulting in an 88% reduction in hours required.3. Proactively developed a four-part Paid Social training program for the Organic Social department in order to aide in the global productization process of One Social, an unified approach to all things Social Media.7. Served as the Capability Lead for four Senior Managers, Managers, and Executives, providing support and guidance for their career progression.8. Certified across all platforms, including Meta's Media Planning Professional Blueprint Certification. Assisted Meta with writing the Blueprint certification exams for Media Buying as well as Digital Marketing Associate.
