This includes forecasting costs for system upgrades, new technology, and maintenance.- Strategic Planning and ImplementationCollaborate with senior management to align the IT strategy with the firm’s business goals, including implementing new technologies that increase efficiency or competitive advantage.- Project ManagementManage IT projects, from the upgrade of existing software to the deployment of new systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
