Corning Inc is an American multinational technology company leading in the glass, special materials etc. As one of the main data scientists in the Department of Manufacturing Technology & Engineering, we dedicate to provide big data solutions for all the inner business units to pave the way to achieve Industry 4.0. I took part in projects across different business units, provided the proposals and implemented the different data analysis solutions to the clients. The key role as a data scientist is to develop big data analysis platform within the Smart Manufacturing team and develop machine learning algorithms and statistical data analysis methodologies to deliver to our clients. Moreover, I collaborate with the software team to provide a solution for the algorithm integration into the software product. As a presenter, I took part in the various inner conferences to promote the big data solution across the business units.
