• Contributed to the development and maintenance of an industry-leading oil/gas/mineral web] management software.• Developed sophisticated MySQL scripts to extract and display diverse geolocation and revenue data for users, empowering users to view, edit, delete, as well as download and upload geolocation and revenue data.• Proficiently authored Python scripts to daily acquire, structure, and integrate 50,000 lines of oil and gas data from government sites into databases, along with generating and delivering reports to users.• Led the design and development of new functionality for real estate/construction management within the software.

• Led a 5-person team to design and develop a web application for drone flight risk assessment using Python Django, providing services for some drone insurance companies (e.g., Flock and Sky Catch). • Utilized HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Mapbox to develop web pages for users to: 1) login and register; 2) draw drone flight path from a map and select drone parameters; and 3) see risk assessment results in a visualized dashboard.• Created and maintained MySQL databases of user profiles, traffic, temperature, population, natural hazards, etc. • Wrote APIs to: 1) send emails automatically to users to activate account and reset passwords; 2) extract data from databases according to information entered by users and then implement algorithms to calculate risk scores.

• Participated in an Air Force project to design a wearable device for airmen that can: 1) read environmental (e.g., CO2) and biometric data (e.g., heart rate); and 2) provide airmen with alert signals based on sensor readings.• Connected ESP32 with: 1) sensors (e.g., BME680 and ENS160) to read data; and 2) LED screen to display alerts. • Developed features in C++ that can connect the device to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, publish/subscribe sensors readings to/from AWS IoT core, store historical data in AWS Timestream/Influx DB, and visualize data using Grafana.
