Joined the OceanBase team of AntGroup and founded 北京奥星贝斯 Technology Co., Ltd.  In my role as the executive director,led the OceanBase team towards a relentless pursuit of technological innovation.  We are dedicated to delivering unparalleled database services to our esteemed global enterprise clients. Our team focus remains on providing highly available, high-performance, cost-effective, and scalable solutions that meet the diverse needs of businesses worldwide.Over the past four years, I've spearheaded a team to successfully establish a fully commercialized company. Our team has grown to over a thousand members and our company now operates across multiple regions including China and Southeast Asia. Simultaneously, we've driven constant technological breakthroughs and developed robust products. Presently, our OceanBase database products comprehensively cater to financial, new retail, and internet scenarios, emerging as a universal distributed database serving thousands of industries. In 2021, we initiated the global promotion of OceanBase as an open-source solution, and it has swiftly evolved into a leading open source distributed database. As a result, over 500 enterprise-level customers are leveraging the open-source version of OceanBase for their core production systems.The OceanBase database has been successfully deployed in the critical business systems of nearly 1,000 esteemed customers, including ICBC, BOCOM, China Life, China Mobile, Sinopec, Li Auto, and caters comprehensively to the core pillar industries such as Finance, Telcom, Energy, and the Internet. Currently, we offer services across multiple cloud vendors such as Alicloud, Huawei, AWS, GCP, and provide private deployment options for enterprises in various infrastructure environments, ensuring match to customer needs.

I am a founding member of Ant Group's "Financial Cloud Platform," where I developed PaaS products like SOFAStack and mPaaS, and built the commercialization teams from scratch. We achieved significant breakthroughs with strategic clients such as ICBC, ABC, Bank of Nanjing, Sichuan Rural Credit Union, and 12306, promoting Ant's financial-grade distributed architecture across the industry.I led the implementation of ServiceMesh at Ant Group, enhancing Istio's control plane and leading the development of mosn(https://github.com/mosn) as data plane. This technology was deployed across thousands of applications, supporting Double 11 in 2019 and becoming the world's largest ServiceMesh cluster.

I joined Ant Group after graduation and grew from a frontline engineer to a lead author of SOFA(Service Oriented Fabric Architecture), a Spring+OSGi-based microservices framework and runtime platform for all Java applications at Ant Group. I designed the architecture, developed the core code for SOFA 1.0-4.0, and made it open source. https://github.com/sofastackAs the Technical Leader of Ant Group's Middleware Department, I am responsible for developing and evolving financial-grade distributed middleware platforms, including microservice development frameworks, DataMesh, message queues, and application containers. From 2013 to 2015, I led various Double Eleven technology upgrades for Ant Group's entire website. Over four years, I successfully engineered the industry's leading "Geo-Distributed Multi-Active Unitization Architecture" and am one of its core contributors.
