•Key Responsibilities:Responsible for project planning, monitoring and implementation.Effectively coordinate between different internal departments and external entities when resolving various issues.Ensure compliance of all statutory and requirements, and providing support and training to team members.Assisting in launch a couple of new systems/projects, such as Procurement System, SAP HR and Oracle EBS, etc. All those new systems help the company achieve efficiency or economic growth.Actively involved in Autohome Financing Day, and achieved (RMB) 70 million sales.Familiar with Agile development, Lean, JIRA and so on.•Achievements:Project 1st: Purchasing Management SystemAs the PM of purchasing management system, lead the team to establish a purchasing system that is able to move the off-line daily purchasing onto the on-line system, which improve the efficient and ensure that approval process, signature and payment can be accomplished in three days.Project 2nd SAP HR Management System As PM, lead the team into finding out problems within HR and put forward resolutions accordingly. At the same time, work with SAP to optimize programme, set target, execute plan, track progress, identify risk and oversee the effect when the system turns on.Project 3rd Oracle EBS Financial Management SystemAs PM, lead the team and collect the requirements/needs of the financial department. Work closely with Oracle EBS team to come up with a better plan and ensure the plan takes effect.Project 4th Autohome Inc Financing DayAs PM, organize the sales event. Receiving a total sale of 2.54 billion RMB and gain a 70 million revenue. This sales activities helps me understand that the importance of inner department cooperation. Thus, I proposed enforce the cooperation of deferment BU, extend to new mode and new products.
