Under the direction of the Director of the UVU Entrepreneurship Institute, I handle the operational management and administrative direction of the Institute. Responsible for managing operations related to the delivery of extracurricular and co-curricular programming developed and offered through the UVU Entrepreneurship Institute. This position plays a vital role in providing support and resources for UVU entrepreneurs of all kinds, from unicorns to side hustles, students, staff, and faculty.

•Learns from lead and assistant planners with established communication among a team of interns and planners assigned to various events.•Shadowing the planner throughout the execution process and working face-to-face with the client and guests.•Coordinating with vendor teams in the set-up and take-down processes of event equipment and decoration.•Allows for time management practice, attention to detail, and forethought as an event moves along and various tasks/errands are demanded.

•Trained as an integral part of the concierge team during the opening in winter of 2022•Gained experience in sales, building/maintaining relations with vendors, resort guests, and residents, communication with various resort departments/systems, planning, customer service, and time management.•Scheduled events for high-profile guests via face-to-face and email in coordination with various concerned parties including travel agencies, team members, assistants, vendors, and departmental executives.

•Coordinated scheduling with and for the students and clientele of the school as a friendly greeting face.•Maintained knowledge of all treatments, services, and offerings for and by the school.•Kept stock of proper client information, desk/store inventory, student hours, and end-of-day bookkeeping.

•Responsible for the customer service experience amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.•Tackled tasks such as placing and receiving orders on a weekly basis, sales, cataloging inventory, dailyorganization/sanitation, cash drawer balancing, and time management.•Maintained clean working space and storage for the store whilst practicing detail attentiveness and greeting customers.

•Volunteered for 18 months using skills and time given to teach and serve the people in the ‘four corners’ region of the US.•Shared religious beliefs while studying, serving community, and following a schedule made on a daily basis through collaboration with a partner. •Held the role as a trainer for new and incoming missionaries 3 times for a total of 9.5 months.•Was recommended to serve as training leader over groups of 4-5 female missionaries for 12 months.
