I’m a contract UX designer at Saxony Apparel, Japanese e-commerce focused on making its website available overseas. As their only UX designer, I work closely with a full-stack engineer, stakeholders, and product managers to create a user-friendly, modernized online website for customers to shop across mobile, web seamlessly and large-screen displays.Throughout the project, I worked on the entire website to be more modernized, user-friendly, mobile-friendly, and consistent while communicating with the stakeholders. I conducted interviews in person and online to get their pain points when shopping with Harajuku Heart's website. From there, I could compare the old website to the other competitive brands to see what valuable information architecture the website was missing. After reiterations and tests, Harajuku Hearts was launched to the public and received positive customer comments in words and person.
