CurrentTactical Planner for Backend Assembly & Test Planning overseeing operations across all global sites, integral ensuring streamlined and efficient planning processes on an international scale, managing complex global operations, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives effectively.• Responsible span optimizing assembly and test networks, managing global inventory levels, and establishing and monitoring manufacturing due dates to achieve targeted outcomes. • Collaborating closely with Supply Planning team to align inventory management practices with supply chain requirements and demand forecasts.• Responsible managing supply inventory, coordinating the internal supply chain team, identifying supply chain risks proactively, formulating product delivery guarantees, and handling urgent needs by SAP system.• Primary focus on short-term planning quarterly, with a specific emphasis on a 2-week execution window for the products across all sites.• Instrumental monitoring build plans, identifying capacity gaps, and addressing tactical issues to ensure alignment with planned performance and successful execution of sales and manufacturing targets globally.• Standardizing Backend Assembly and Test Planning process and implementing cohesive tactical strategies that align with the company's overarching strategic objectives, fostering collaboration and alignment across all global sites.• Effective communication on each tasks with clear articulating plan gaps, driving accountability through focused attention on key metrics, and ensuring timely coordinated responses across the global network. • Essential in maintaining agility and adaptability across the global supply chain and manufacturing operations.
