- Update member list and act as the contact point for membership inquiry as well as volunteering opportunities- Recruit volunteers for IVSUM and organize volunteers into teams (kitchen team, decoration team...)- Work closely with Logistic Officer and Vice-president of Event to coordinate volunteers for IVSUM events, including contacting and assigning tasks.- Actively support the Vice president of Communication in building a bonding between members.- Keep a record of volunteer hours throughout the term for volunteer reward- Allocate tasks for committee members and volunteers on the event day- Work with VP of Event for event planning
