• Create and supervise website/my AIS portal (Wordpress Expert)• Supervise brand photo/video• Supervise all design publications in school relating to marketing/academic purpose• Prepare online newsletters, promotional emails campaign and organize their distribution through various channels• Be actively involved in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts, Google Analytics & Adword, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.• Be actively involved and worked closely with Head of Marketing for planning relevant strategic of school branding• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

• Create and supervise the intranet and website regularly (Update news, maintenance, secure and troubleshoot server web system if have any problem)• Design all the publications recording to advertising or teaching from the marketing department or academic• Support IT Helpdesk in troubleshooting IT service problem if any • Build a plan or solution guideline, document or video for training relevant staff• Responsible for IT network administration and IT Manager

• Support end user to relevant IT tasks (Computer, printers, software, hardware, network, etc.)• Create and manage BIS website and intranet by PHP framework • Assist Network System Administration in the relevant job
