Engineering Technician• Building system start with Diagram of Chassis including 12 Input and 16 Output ports, connected with MXA, MXG, PS, Power Supply thru GPIB address then change all to USB connection; Upgrade system to PXi from Keysight or National Instrument; Loading all necessary Software, License associate with KS or NI.• Generate configuration file and initial file for the Chassis that match with the path of diagram.• Calibrate system by Manual and Automated; Verify cal data compare the loss of each paths by manual and graphing; Trouble shoot system if wrong cal data; Correlation per Project between systems.• Supports all Validation Engineers on a daily basis.• Supports Design Engineer with building new test fixture, new harness, new paths for new products.• Provide multiple tests on various projects; Ruggedness, GU Level 1, RxBn Noise, Stability, MIPI spurs, Harmonic• Review the data using graphing tools to interpolate results and summaries for the engineers.• Calibrate LXi, USB, HPIB Tuner; Repair Tuner card that connect to Tuner via HPIB. Strong background of RF (Mixer, Filters, Amplifier, P1dB, IMD, Harmonic, Spur...), familiar with all RF equipment.

• Identified potential issued that could fail the system, troubleshoot, diagnosed and repaired the root cause of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and components.• Set up system to duplicate the reported from customer including embedded screen with SW to navigate to job function: sprayers, planters, tillage equipment.• Performed the repairs on mechanical RMA assemblies for failure of steering: DC motor, adjust belt tension, damage gear, power strip, alignment pulley.• Used schematic to trace down to component level.• Responsible to re-flash SW corrupted for: SDRAM, U-boot for application, upgraded to newest SW, reloaded configuration during testing systems.• Performed leak test and temperature test in chamber.• Upgraded products per Engineering Change order (ECO) for both SW and HW.• Analyzed and reworked the defective PCB, cable returned from vendor (Hand soldering and touch-up).• Worked with quality inspection to support manufacturing define problem and insure workmanship standards are met.• Helped to build harness and cable for prototype testing.
