Worked on IBM Midrange systems (AS/400, aka iSeries, IBM i), progressing to becoming an infrastructure specialist on this platform.1996 - Received the highest recognition awards from the Chief General Manager of the Australian Operations and Payment Division - For automating the escalation of system and application error messages of about 120 AS/400 systems globally to respective support pagers.
