Responsible for managing local delivery resources in EM (VN, Cambodia, Myanmar) & Philippines toprovide high level of services and maintain their efficiency- Resource management: planning resources workload based on current andupcoming activities, development plans for engineers, improving performance;- Projects portfolio management: control the current status of all projects,preventing and handling escalations from customers;- Process management (including KPI compliance, metrics monitoring);- Interaction and closest collaboration with sales team to react on business needspromptly;- Architect design, planning and qualifying for multiple complex infrastructure projects

- Responsible for developing and management the NextGen Infrastructure technology/service team (Microsoft Portfolio, Cloud Service, SDDC...)- Planning and Execution the Strategy Technology Division- Build and develop Technical Service Delivery Team- Responsible to ensure quality of delivery services and building/standardizing the knowledge base- Pre-Sale and Architectural Design for the most strategic opportunities- Solution design, planning and qualifying for multiple complex infrastructure projects
