- Support quotation processing+Receive BOM List from Sales/Customers, send to the Sourcing department to get quotation.+Prepare quotations, contracts, tender documents and other documents as assigned by the Key Account Manager.+Propose purchase price, selling price with Sales to ensure profit target.- Support order tracking+Support Sales to book on the company's internal CRM system. +Coordinate with the CS department to track orders, ensure orders are on schedule.- Collaborate with Sales Team to make proposals to customers. Follow up to ensure transactions are properly closed, contracts/Purchase Order are duly signed and invoices are issued to avoid unnecessary risks.
