OUR MISSIONTo provide advocacy, education, support, and public awareness so that all people impacted by mental illness and mental health conditions can build better lives.At NAMI Eastside, we are working to improve the quality of life for those affected by mental illness by shining a light on the realities that those living with mental illness face every day. We do this by sharing knowledge and helping to end the stigma associated with mental illness. To this end, we offer support groups as well as educational classes and presentations involving mental illness at various locations throughout eastern King County. We are creating a community of support and empowering those impacted by mental illness and making positive changes in the mental health care system through our advocacy work. NAMI Eastside is a grassroots non-profit organization, part of the national NAMI organization, and an affiliate of NAMI Washington.
