As a Solution Architect, I have delivered innovative solutions that have transformed the way businesses operate. One of my key accomplishments was creating a new web system that could handle a million requests a day, as well as a system that could convert terabytes of PDFs into HTML web pages. In addition, I regularly visited our customers, including major brands like IKEA, Oriflame, and COOP Sweden, to demonstrate new features and propose new solutions. My participation in important company stakeholder meetings ensured that the product development process was always on track. As a Project Manager, I led a team of 20 developers, testers, and operations staff, overseeing the hiring and training of new software engineers. I organized team building and social activities, and established new standard operating protocols for the operation and deployment teams. I was responsible for managing monthly release schedules, billing, and team performance. One of my notable achievements was developing new catalogue publishing software and client applications for IKEA, Oriflame, and other enterprises. I have extensive experience in Python, C, HTML, CSS, Objective-C, and Java, and have designed and maintained numerous systems. I also designed a new architecture based on cloud computing, deploying it to AWS using EC2, S3, ELB, CloudFront, and various other cloud technologies. As a Tech Team Lead, I had the opportunity to work with a team of eight members to build and maintain new modules on a Content Management System. During my tenure, I set up and enforced new coding standards that proved to be effective in improving the overall quality of the codebase. In addition to this, I undertook research and performance benchmarking on all popular programming languages such as PHP, Ruby, Python, and C#, and their respective frameworks like Ruby on Rails, YII, Zend, CakePHP, and Django. This helped me identify the next tech stack for the company, which significantly improved our development and delivery process.As part of my job responsibilities, I also deployed a new search engine using Lucene and Apache Solr, which helped improve the search functionality on our platform. Furthermore, I collaborated with IT Ops to adapt to AWS EC2 in the early stages of adoption and successfully moved a few setups from on-premise to the cloud. Overall, my experience as a Tech Team Lead helped me develop strong leadership skills, and I gained significant expertise in software development, performance benchmarking, and cloud infrastructure deployment.

I was responsible for developing and maintaining a Content Management System using .Net that was utilized by hundreds of websites. Additionally, I created and maintained various websites using ASP, ASP.Net, .Net, .Net 3.5, and C#, incorporating cutting-edge technologies like Lucene and nHibernate.
