The authorized stockist for Power Cable and Marine products in the Middle East an ISO 9001-2008certified leading companye stablished in 2008.Key responsibilities Handled :As per production required raw materials searching by sending enquires to concerned suppliersand collecting the quotations from defferent suppliers of the same raw materials and selectingthem as per the quality and feasible price.After cut short the price (Discounting) by bargainingfrom the supplier through mails and phone and finalize with them by requesting them ProformaInvoice.If the terms and conditions in the Proforma Invoice is OK, ‘Accepted’ the Proforma Invoiceand send back to the supplier for the shipment.As per the terms and conditions mentioned in theProforma , the next step to arrange the payment for smooth shipment.As per the information ofBL regarding the shipment follow up the status of the same and arranging Logistics to clear theshipment in time by invoicing them after the clearance of the balance settlement.Arrange therequired material in time to time for production without any delay.Time to time checking themarket price of the important raw materials.Make the final decision regarding the export relatedLogistic arrangement .Time to time meeting with Vendors.Replying all the customer and supplier mails from various parts of the world and reportingto the management.Preparing Quotations, Sales orders ,Delivery note and keep records in thecumputerSystem. ( Position : Sales Co ordinator )Key responsibilities include:• Replying all the customer and supplier mails from various parts of the world and reporting To the management.• Preparing Quotations, Sales orders ,Delivery note and keep records in the cumputerSystem. • Update the quotations through customer ERP systems directly.• Arrange freight forwarders for the shipments of overseas customer , prepare shipping documents and liase with freight forwarders for the smooth delivery of the same.• Assist day to day office works by attending calls and querries.
