Responsible for managing credit risk across customer life cycle for Non-KYC Buy-Now-Pay-Later portfolio- Led a team of 3 decision scientists to drive adoption of cutting-edge Machine Learning risk models to pre-approve users and manage lines at marginal risk- Worked with Indian credit bureaus for data integration, curated the data for their end-usage in credit decisiong- Improved the Initial Credit Line (ICL) strategy leading to three-fold increase in average line and 20% increase in product adoption without increase in riskThese efforts helped reduce the credit cost by 40% (~80 bps) while scaling up the product offering by 3X

Responsible for advanced analytic consulting in EMEA region- Setup the end-to-end credit decisioning system for one of the largest Islamic banks from Middle-East for their Credit Card and Personal Loans portfolio; including the credit scoring models, the risk strategy, implementation & training the staff for leveraging the solution for risk control- Developed and delivered scorecards for different stages of customer life cycle (Application, Behavior, Collections) for multiple BFSI partners across secured and unsecured portfolio- Delivered multiple POC and assisted the Pre-Sales team with solutions leading to successful contracts from leading Finance and Telco firms from the region
