• Directing and coordinates through each unit Supervisor all Radiology department's activities: Reviews work schedules and assigns duties to staff to maintain patient flow and achieve departmental goals.• Overseeing staff in operation of imaging equipment: X-ray & fluoroscopy unit, CT unit, MRI unit, and US unit, evaluating accurately the quality and the flow of all procedures, and provides technical assistance.• Implementing and monitoring radiation safety measures to ensure safety of patients and staff and compliance with government regulatory requirements.• Developing and monitoring of departmental KPIs.• Fulfilling Non-medical (technical) organizational requirement concerning Radiology Department.• Recommending personnel actions, such as performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary measures.• Coordinating purchase of supplies and equipment and makes recommendations concerning department operating budget.

At Al Janadriyah festival the Saudi Stem Cell Donor Registry (SSCDR) organized an event to collect the data for potential donors and I was tasked with educating and collecting demographic, health history data, and DNA swaps.
