- Lead all aspects of AirMagnet Enterprise (AME) product development. AME is a leading Wireless Intrusion Protection (wIPS)system covering a broad range of wireless technologies, including 802.11, WiFi spectrum and Cellular spectrum technologies- Responsible for the complete development release cycle, including feature definition, resource planning and allocation, cross-functional program coordination, task execution and status tracking. This resulted in 6 successfully launched releases on time with excellent quality. - Collected business requirements from key stakeholders and converted to technical requirements with proper priorities. Lead the engineering team to develop the tactical plan to deliver product/features and fully meet the requirements.- Successfully developed and released a new 802.11ac sensor and system, meeting the market trend and customer needs. This helped to achieve some of the AME’s biggest sales with high-profile customers.- Built efficient workflows with TAC team and account team, provided both onsite and online support for customers, improved revenue for both new customer deployments and renewals- Cultivated innovation and drove knowledge sharing, initiated and coordinated monthly engineering gatherings with multiple product teams for new technology discussions, conference report outs, and emerging WiFi security threats review. - Managed the wireless security core team which was responsible for new signature threat research - Lead a OEM project to provide and integrate wIPS features into Cisco WLAN solution, responsible for full cycle software development and all coordination of development efforts between Cisco and Fluke Networks engineering team.- Developed DTU (Dynamic Threat Update) engine and integrated into wIPS system to allow signature update on the fly w/o interrupt current system service, successfully released 40 DTU updates.- Developed Enterprise Analyzer product to support live monitoring and troubleshooting with directly connecting to hardware sensor, used in-memory frame streaming to support line-rate frame analysis.- Mentored and developed engineering talent in the team, helped and supported individual contributors in both software development and QA testing to improve and move up in their career path.

- Developed and enhanced the core analysis engine in wIPS system for performance and security statistical calculation and anomaly detection.- Investigated emerging wireless attacks and threats through layer 2 frame analysis, designed and implemented 20 new signatures and detection logic.- Developed a Traffic Generator tool to enable automated testing for alarm detection through in-air frame injection and SNMP trap communication.
