As the Chief Strategy Officer, I am responsible for the overall strategy development and deployment of Schneider Electric's ~€30B Energy Management business. Prior to this, as the Senior Vice President of the Data Center Systems business at Schneider Electric, I oversaw the company's over €1.6B world-wide Data Center Systems business, including global three-phase UPS business and global modular data center business. After obtaining my Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2006, I devoted my career to bring advanced technologies into real life for sustainable future of our society. I have extensive experience working in both mature multi-national companies and fast-growing private high-tech companies, managing global organizations in Americas, Asia, and Europe.I have a strong passion and track record of driving technology innovation, with 19 patents and over 60 technical publications. As an advisory board member of the Georgia Tech School of Engineering (top 4 in US), I am passionate about educating and fostering the next generation of technology leaders. Proud recipient of 2014 IEEE “Andrew W. Smith” Outstanding Member Award.
