The main job responsibilities are:- • To Identify, Develop And Plan Procurement Need For The Company • To Ensure Full Compliance Of Company’s Procurement Policies • To Ensure Timely Delivery, Stocks Level, Quality and Quantity of Materials, Equipment’s, Tools, Apparatus, and Office Supplies Etc.• To Manage Procurement Activities In Accordance With the Annual Company’s Budget. • To Establish Nationwide And Global Network Of Suppliers• To Provide Frequent Report To Management On The Status Of The Current Procurement Status And Future Requirements.• To Conduct Research on Market Trends on Pricing, Supply of Materials and New Suppliers. • To Negotiate For Pricing And Delivery Of Raw Materials

Responsible for Foreign & Local Purchases, Develop New suppliers, Price negotiation, Market study for the price.Job Profile:-• Communicate approved order quantity to supplier by fax/email; • Follow up with supplier for order acceptance; • Maintain purchase grid with all details of products; • Preparation of Purchase Orders; • Prepare delivery schedule based on priority; • Lodge claim with suppliers for any difference in quantity between received and invoiced quantity; • Follow-up / expediting the POs for timely deliveries of material and copy documents well in advance; • Expediting bank documents for an early release of the shipping documents;• Any other assignments as delegated by the Materials Manager

1. Planning & co-ordination with PPC & Mfg. for production plan for the month for the components assigned. 2. Scheduling & procurement. , structured follow-up, schedule to receipt monitoring, corrective actions in time.3. RM planning & procurement for in-house 4. Vendor payments clearance / co-ordination.5. To support in line rejection analysis with QC & corrective action, trouble shooting & quality improvements: on going components. 6. To support in Price / Cost movement tracking & reduction in conjunction with material control. 7. Price revision of existing components with the help of material control. 8. Imports- ordering / scheduling / cost variance.9. Vendor credit terms, tracking & control in conjunction with material control. 10. Dead stock clearance / salvaging and obsolesce control.
