Binod comes from a small town of Nepal, a south Asian landlocked country between India & China. Born and grown up in Butwal city of Nepal, after finishing his high school, Binod moved to Tokyo for his higher education. He graduated from Waseda University, Tokyo, with a degree in Liberal Arts. He is among the first generation Nepali to go to college. He is fluent in four different languages (English, Japanese (N1), Nepali, Hindi), and he likes to connect with people coming from different backgrounds and perspectives. Binod is now working as an Associate Consultant covering IT roles at Randstad Japan, the world's leading company in providing HR related consulting services.
