• Supervising, arranging and loading vehicles for deliveries in the morning.• Managing a team of up to 20 employees within the warehouse.• Arranging vehicles to dispatch goods to various customer in UAE. • Managing and controlling the warehouse team by planning delegate and review the warehouse activities scheduling shifts, control and report daily absence, overtime, incentives, and issues for the staff and ensure all the shifts are operating in a correct manner. • Handling of raw material and making MRV (material received voucher). • Maintain the FIFO method for raw material & finished goods.• Logistics management of incoming and outgoing containers& trailers. • Inspection of incoming material & maintaining records. • Timely distribution of incoming material to next process. • Maintaining of 5S at work place and adherence to Safety.

• In-charge of managing the manpower performance in Warehouse Department. • Directly communicate with inter-department for the movement and monitoring of stocks. • Receive finished good items from the Filling Department. Coordinate with Quality Control Department during inspection. Record corresponding quantity and item codes of QC-approved goods. Immediately notify Filling Department for the rejected goods. • Plan and arrange temporary / proper storage for both rejected and good quality received finished goods. Tag the items accordingly and input all its required details in the system software. • Coordinate with Sales and Logistic Departments regarding availability of requested finished goods for delivery schedule. Prepare required documentations for its issuance and release. • Supervise both warehouse and delivery personnel during the hand-over of delivery goods. Ensure that the proper brand, type of oil and quantity are released during loading. Double-check if the required documents are accurately printed and complete. • Ensure that invoices are returned after each scheduled delivery and submit to Local Sales for filing.
