Lead clinical management, governance, CME and research/Innovations

As a medical director in Charikot Hospital, i have 3 big responsibilities:1. Provide direct clinical and surgical care2. Lead Charikot Hospital as a Teaching Center of Excellence3. Oversee broader programmatic strategy and growth at Charikot Hospital I will focus on surgical care appropriate to the level of ability and training of a MD-GP, Perform inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care appropriate to the level of ability and training of a MD-GP, task shift and train clinical staff to perform clinical care up to an appropriate level of their education and ability. I have to develop further clinical guidelines, protocols and standard operating procedures, i must participate in morning meetings, in charge meetings, general staff meetings and other committees and working groups as required.I will ensure that clinical care is delivered at high quality and at low cost.
