Looked after overall personnel administration of RBB as DeputyDepartment Chief which include staff performance evaluation, promotion,transfer, staff benefits, retirement etc. Loan Sanction Amount up to Rs.5 million. Evaluated Branches around the country and developed training programmes for staff Performance evaluation of staff.Coordinate with different departments specially with Business Department forbusiness identification, business planning and developed HR plan as per thebusiness forecast. Designed and implemented HR plan for restructuring the bank which includeddesigning administration manuals and guiding principles, implementing staffrules and procedures and dealing with Trade unions; Developed guidelines for selection and recruitment, training, placement andretirement; Worked in the HR restructure program and reduced staff by implementingdifferent HR restructuring tools; Developed RBB retirement fund, and implementation strategy; and Develop HR plan and Succession plan for the bank.
