- Ensure each ticket is logged and resolved through ServiceNow in line with the contracted SLA.- Technical support of hardware and software components.- Microsoft Office administration (e.g Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Teams etc.- Network Troubleshooting i.e WiFi, LAN and VPN.- Collaborate with 2nd/3rd line teams and various other vendors to escalate and resolve Requests/Incidents.- Provide clear and concise instructions to end/non-technical users in a professional and efficient manner.

As a Crew member in a fast paced environment, working in a team and being assigned various job roles from back end to front end, customer service to food preparation, operating POS Cash register system to cleaning kitchen equipments and adapting to new things and gaining new skills and training new hires. People skills is a major factor I took away from my experience in working as a crew member at Mcdonalds.
