Responsible for all Engineering and Maintenance, Civil defense Inspection, FEWA, Utility RAKWA, Sewage Treatment plant issues within Bin Majid beach Resorts, Acacia hotels, Bin Majid Hotels, and Long beach Campground. • Prepare comprehensive budgets and forecasts to ensure the efficient and cost effective operation of the department.• Distribute preventive maintenance and reactive work orders and monitor timeliness and quality of completion.• Oversees and directs the maintenance of grounds, guest rooms, public space, restaurants, and property facilities.• Monitoring engineering activities to ensure adherence to established policies, operating procedures and standards.• Attending the daily HOD Meetings and conducting regular communication with all engineering colleagues.• KPI and SLA monthly auditing across suppliers to ensure compliance, implementing penalties wherever required, oversee delivery of planned preventive and re-active maintenance.• Troubleshooting of all types of HVAC systems of various types and capacity of various brands like Carrier, YORK, and Trane.• Overhauling of compressors, pumps, Sewage Treatments plants, Laundry, Swimming pool, Dome tent ,Safari tent, centralized air condition, package type, duct type, AHU, split air condition control panels, ACB, OCB, MCCB, ELCB, SMDB, Fire Panel Simplex, Honeywell, Fire Fighting Pump, Operating & all kinds cabling wiring troubleshooting.

Overhauling of compressors, repairing pumps, Central Aircon, Package type, ducted type, AHU, Split air condition control panels• Develop implement and manage energy conservation programs for all the properties to minimize expenses.• Monitoring engineering activities to ensure adherence to established policies, operating procedures and standards.• Attending the daily HOD meeting and conducting regular communication with all engineering colleagues• Prepare comprehensive budgets and forecasts to ensure the efficient and cost effective operation of the department• Submit a comprehensive monthly reports to the Property Manager• Follow up with Abu Dhabi Civil Defense, ADTA inspection, Restaurant licenses, fire evacuation in co-ordination with the Service providers• KPI and SLA monthly auditing across suppliers to ensure compliance, implementing penalties wherever required, oversee delivery of planned preventive and re-active maintenance• Retender service providers at time of contract renewals, and implement new service providers where required.
