Payroll Management: - Crosscheck of all employee’s attendance and staffs. Entries of leave, Holiday, incentive, advance recovery, arrear, pending days. Process the payroll of allemployees with compliance, PF, ESIC, Income tax, LWF and payment disbursement sheet for accounts & bank. Also generate the PF, ESI, challans, full and final settlement.Responsibilities HR & Administration:- 1. Recruitment/On-boarding:- Ensuring to fulfill manpower requirement of all department including Desinger, Merchandising, Documentation, Accounts, Operation, MIS, IT, Production, stores through Job portal and recruitment vendors, issuance of offer letter, appointment letter and complete joining process, induction, Training. 2. Manpower Planning & Budgeting: - Manpower planning & budgeting with co-ordination and consultation of each Department Head, allocation of manpower to allocate permanent & casual work force on the basis of manpower planning. 3. Policies formulation & implementation: - To frame and implement the HR policies in consultation with the management. 4. Report & Work with Management: - Reporting to the Management on Daily basis. (Director‘s / CEO). Office Routine Work on daily basis. (Management & Employee’s). Implement Company Policy /Job Description (J/D) as per Department wise. 5.
