Job Responsibilities• Troubleshooting IT problems• Monitoring and maintenance of Windows servers, desktops, network devices and backups• Maintenance and supporting LAN/WAN/routers/firewall devices• Monitoring and maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions• Communicating IT needs and escalating unresolved issues to team members and vendors• Documenting and creating weekly/monthly reports.• Reporting to senior management / personnel when required

Job Responsibilities• Re-Designing the IT Infrastructure according to ERP Implementation.• Upgrading the factory/Offices System and Network along with firewall.• Upgraded CCTV to IP Surveillance with faster playback and storage planning.• Connected factory, office with HO.• Installed, Configured server/client architecture Antivirus with internet security for Desktop/Laptop/Mobile devices.• Design & Implemented Disaster Recovery Plan.• Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks.• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer, scanners, fax etc.• Investing, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.• Testing and evaluating new Technology.• Proposing hardware/software solutions to accomplish the company's business Objectives.• Documentation & Reporting.

Job Responsibilities• Providing level 1 and 2 support in various Clients of Biz-InfoTech in Daily Support. (hardware/Network/Software).• Manage 4-6 hardware professional teams. Mobilize team in clients for various LAN/WAN and other hardware/software problems. Discuss and provide trainings to assistants of team for flexibility and quick solutions.
