Over 25 years’ experience in financial management, grants and contracts management, compliance, Audit, administration, procurement, information systems, human resources and overall management functions in both the private and non-profit sector. Extensive experience in the establishment of financial systems and controls, contract management and negotiation, budget preparation and reporting, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and systems for procurement, logistics, inventory, administration and Information Systems(IS).Proven experience in leading a multi-cultural group of staff at various CARE and ChildFund offices. A team player capable of motivating others towards achieving desired goals and objectives. Able to work creatively and efficiently under difficult and stressful operating environment. Extensive experience with and sound knowledge of donor regulations, particularly USAID/ OFDA, Global Fund, UNICEF, WFP, DFID, ECHO, EU, CIDA, BMZ and the overall CARE International policies and procedures. Strong skills in budgeting, auditing, financial management, grants & contract management, donor reporting with excellent computer, statistical and analytical skills including Finance softwares - eFinance, BRIDGE, OFS, SCALA, PeopleSoft, Adaptive Planning, BudgetMat, and PAR Automation.
