Provide information, guidance, support , advice to Site manager Coordinate with security , safety officer and monitor employee accommodation Maintain the 100% accountability of employee movement, RNR. Ensuring that all employee required training for safety issue, first Aid & other support training to their job. Ensure that all employees have proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). Coordinate with Company doctor/Medic about employee FFD (Fit for Duty) & immunization. Extensive knowledge of inventory system i.e. performing inventories and receipt of materials being received and requested for the camp issue. Plus any other appropriate duties
Administrator
Extensive knowledge of inventory system i.e. performing inventories and receipt of materials being received and requested. Respond phone calls and E-mail of customer to make a requested room reservations and make a completely deal with customer to manage their requisitions. Responsible for update data base to find out accurate count of occupants and locations in case of emergency excess. Complete room inspections and document finding related file. Responsible for submitting service order requests, material requests for support and material requisitions. Speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organizations. Performs routine maintenance checks and monthly safety inspections of billeting area of operations.
