Test Environment and Architecture: Understanding required architecture & environment set-up; preparing hardware and software requirement lists for test environment. Providing test environment, ensuring team performs readiness checks of the given environment.Project Management• Managing various project operations, including work estimation, test management activities, delivering quality products on time, and balancing work distribution to meet quality and time norms.• Obtaining requirement clarity from customers via conference calls, web meetings, and presentations towards the final submission Stakeholder Interaction:• Interacting with various stakeholders (Client, Business Analyst, Technical Leads, System Architects) to understand requirements• Communicating with all impacted interfaces for changes involving impacts/outages to customers.• Driving all stakeholders for high-priority defect impact analysis and follow-up until resolution.Testing and Automation• Drafting and executing functional and integration feature testing; automating test cases using the Robot Framework.• Evaluating cycle completion criteria based on Time, Test coverage, Cost, Software, Critical Business Objectives, and Quality.• Enhancing and executing test cases in Robot, monitoring results via Jenkins in the CI/CD pipeline.• Executing non-functional tests, such as load performance on CNF environments and upgrade testing.Leadership and Mentoring: Mentoring and leading the test team within the scrum team; facilitating discussion for new project implementation and design. Testing customer data, administering the QA team, and resolving their issues.Agile Workflow: Working in an agile environment with 15-day sprints and 2-month PIs. Coordinating with the Architect and PO for feature design and requirements; ensuring feature quality before delivery to the PO.
