My Job responsibities at Bharti Airtel.• Working as TAC2 Engineer, Data, part of MPLS and IP team.• Linking Shifting Cases from Cu to FTTH, Bundle to Bundle (T3), and BVI to BVI (T4/T5) shifting.• Link down cases / routing protocol between PE and CE.• HUB to Spoke Reachability or Vice versa• Packet drop from one location to other / Latency issue.• IP addition and deletion.• IP Pool advertisement, IP pool add or delete in ISP.• Interface, VRF, MPBGP and Protocol (BGP, static, OSPF, Eigrp) configuration and troubleshooting.• Provisioning and troubleshooting of access ports, Backhaul Trunk Ports, trunk ports between Provider switch and PE router.• Provisioning on Cisco IOS, IOS XR, Juniper routers and switches.• Troubleshooting BGP and MPLS issues by checking errors.• Arranging TAC call with vendor like Cisco and juniper for high level troubleshooting.• Coordinating with TAC1 and TAC3 if needed for various network issues.
