Hold a degree in Masters of Commerce (M.Com) in Finance & Taxation, a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB), completed CS Executive program from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Diploma in IFRS (Dip.IFR) from ACCA(UK) . Have experience of 11 Years+ in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Auditing, Risk & assurance, Internal Audit, Business Advisory Services. Prior experiences include service in Chaudhary Group (CG Corp | Global) - Only Forbes listed billionaire company of Nepal, as an Asset Manager for International Hospitality Division of the group including reporting responsibility of property managed by various brands like Taj Exotica Maldives, Radisson JFK NY USA, Taj Samudra Srilanka, Taj Safari India, The Farm Philippines, Zinc Hospitality Bangkok, CG Hotels China and also reporting of International Education business (Malvern International -London/Cyprus/Dublin, AEC College Pte Singapore) of the group and also served for MAW Group leading company in automobiles industry in Nepal (YAMAHA, SKODA, FIAT, JEEP, JCB, MAN) as Corporate Finance Manager.
