• Supervising MEP staff and coordinating the daily activities of the electrical equipment• Good Knowledge for V F D Programming ( A B B ,SCHNEIDER ) • Good knowledge for all types of Electric motors and generator • Good knowledge for all types of control panels & M C C panels • Good knowledge for Door Access control system .• HVAC units (air conditions, steam heaters, electrical heaters, exhaust fan, ventilators)• Scheduling work to be done for the day • Installed and put in function the Communication Systems (including telephone circuits, loudspeakers circuits)• Wiring diagrams analysis of internal services related substations. Implementation schemes for electric motor drive. • Providing guidance to junior staff in the areas of leadership ,continuous improvement ,decision making and conflict resolution • Utilizing preventive maintenance procedure to reduce unscheduled down time • Managing time sheet and vacation forums.• Carrying out inspections on all plant electrical equipment • Ensuring adherence to all applicable safety policies and procedures • Identifying staff training needs. .
