QA, Product & Vendor development- Vendor Evaluation & selection - Perform / witnessing testing of nacelle and rotor.- Involvement to obtain “CE” certification for wind turbine generator- Handling third party inspection BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International),TPL ( Tata project limited) & UL ( Underwriters laboratory)- Analysis of rejected components and non conformity noticed in process- Preparation of QAP for component (wind turbine ( nacelle and hub ) , Transformer, Generator, Cables...etc)- Involvement in new project, engineer and design teams throughout development stage. - Handling ISO related activity throughout organization- Handling tower internal assembly work for GE, Inox. Dy. Management representative- To maintain the quality systems in the organization- Representing the management during certification and surveillance audits - Internal audit Plan, schedule and coordinating internal audit follow up action on closure- Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings - Assess the level of adherence to the established quality management system across the organization and communicate to top management ( management review meeting)- Clause wise analysis of System NCR and observation- Monitoring of departmental Quality objective Customer Handling- Providing support to site team in Erection & Commissioning of WTG.- Reporting of field NCR & preparation of CAPAProcess Enhancement - Implementing various techniques for Process & Quality improvement I.e NCR analysis, CAPA on rejection of components using 8D methodology.- Maintaining calibration schedule of measuring instruments.
