S&OP/SIOP LeadMaster Scheduling and Capacity Planning• Monitor and analyse the sales forecast vs MPS load, and work closely with production control to discuss any anomalies to achieve site sales & inventory targets• Maintain accurate weekly production schedules in SAP APO system to meet daily/weekly/monthly and annual customer requirements in alignment with financial goals.• Work closely with Supply Chain teams to draw the conclusion of commit dates within agreed turnaround time to demand changes.• Maintain level loaded production plans to support consistent production execution.• Maintain MPS stability to provide stable demand signal to suppliers, target > 95% MPS stability within 6 months horizon and collect the turn backs to fix the root cause.• Review part by part MPS plans on weekly basis to identify risks associated supporting the demand profile and communicate to site Leadership team on priority concerns.• Develop/generate and maintain the daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s.Resource Management - Capacity Analyst• Provide detailed analysis for the monthly resource management meeting to communicate the heads and CAPEX requirements to site management. • Ability to distill large-scale capacity analysis and present results to management at all levels of the business. • Work closely with material management and operations teams to implement the detailed capacity planning against future demand. • Simulate the demand change requests in capacity model and provide the impact statement to the business.

• Procurement of Industrial components project wise, Globally with focus on quality, supply efficiency and most importantly concepts such as DMC (Direct material cost) reduction.• Active performance in all aspects of procurement of services: Starting with sourcing, negotiation, Payment follow up for vendors, Processing of purchase orders, Input for licensing – customs clearance, suggestions on alternative components with focus on quality, pricing and lead time benefits for production planning.• Processing of purchase orders and material resource planning through Enterprise Resource Planning tool “JD Edwards” • Defining sourcing strategies to manage Surplus inventory in cases of project cancellation and other customization issues.• Concentration on building long term business relations with the vendors which directly accounts to streamlined supply chain with timeliness and quality effectiveness.• Technical interactions and commercial negotiations to ensure materials competence both in terms of technology and cost
